Pablo Andres Barriga Ortiz
As the project coordinator, Pablo Barriga plays a crucial role in overseeing and facilitating the various aspects of the initiative. His responsibilities include coordinating activities, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication among team members and partner universities. His organizational skills and strategic coordination contribute significantly to the successful implementation of the project’s objectives.
Ana Ribeiro
Ana Ribeiro is a postdoc researcher, MBA instructor and project coordinator at SEPT. Originally from Brazil, she learned Spanish during her time living in the United States, holds a PhD in Global Studies from Leipzig University, and owns a small web magazine written mostly in English. She contributes to the project with her knowledge of sustainable development and entrepreneurship and development cooperation in conceptualizing courses, conferences and publications.
Jose Orlando Montes De La Barrera
He is currently professor of innovation, entrepreneurship, global business environment and qualitative methods at the School of Management, Universidad del Rosario (UR). He is Academic Director of the master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the UR Graduate School of Business (GSB), Coordinator of the Organizational Complexity Research Team, and member of the UR Innovation Center. He has more than 12 years of research, teaching and consulting experience on management of technological innovations, digital transformations and entrepreneurship. His contribution to the project focuses on coordinating and facilitating the research, academic, and UBL activities that emerge from it, from the Universidad del Rosario.
Juan Camilo Sánchez López
He is currently a teacher of Internationalization Area at the School of Management at Universidad del Rosario, Coordinator of UR International Business Research Hotbed and PhD Student in Management Sciences. He has more than 7 years in Higher Educations Institutions developing teaching and research on International Business Management topics. His contribution to the project focuses on research and UBL actives, mainly the design and implementation of the Export Management Training Program.
Merlin Patricia Grueso Hinestroza
Director of UR STEAM Lab Based Campus at the Universidad del Rosario. I count with more than 20 years of experience in Higher Education Institutions, developing teaching, research and community service activities on topics related to Strategic Management of Human Resources, Sustainability and Social Development from the enterprise. “My contribution to the project is related to the development of capabilities in students and teachers, in the adoption of training strategies that contribute to the development of competencies in innovation and sustainability”.
Kenlli Araya Rodríguez
Administrative Assistant in the Vice-Rector’s Office for Extension and Social Action of the National Technical University, with 4 years of experience in Management Assistance in the private sector, Student of Process and Quality Engineering.

He is currently Coordinator of the in4in LATAM Chapter Project and also Coordinator of Technical Programs. His experience is in Technical Assistance and Consulting to SMEs for more than 25 years and as an Innovation Manager. He currently also works as a University Professor.

Joe Lucero
Coordinator of the Research Management Unit, with experience in following courses for degree work and management in innovation units of technology companies. Former advisor to the Innovation, Science and Technology Commission of the Congress of the Republic of Peru.
Miguel Mendoza
Head of the Research Management Unit, with experience in monitoring and evaluating academic, administrative and research processes in postgraduate studies. Experience in financial project management and research in ecological economics.
Yahir Delzo
Coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Policy and Management of Science, Technology and Innovation (Postgraduate School – UPCH). With more than 17 years of experience in R&D&I project management, candidate for a Doctor in Industrial Engineering from UNMSM, Magister Scientiae in Agribusiness and Agricultural Engineer from UNALM. He has participated in various national and international consultancies on innovation management and intellectual property. He designs R&D&i strategies for companies and entities, using tools such as technological surveillance, technological linkage and open innovation, among others, thus contributing to development and competitiveness.
Yvonne Machicado
Head of the UPCH Postgraduate Administrative Unit. Certified Public Accountant, with specialization in Administration and Human Resources. Graduated from the Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior at the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia. She has more than 20 years of experience in the administrative and financial management of research projects (grants) and postgraduate programs.
